Vault General Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Vault is a premier online platform for the sale and purchase of authentic luxury designer items. The website is owned and operated by Vault Trading LLC, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All use of the Vault platform is subject to and governed by UAE laws and regulations.

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the terms set out herein. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

 

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

Communication Consent

By subscribing to Vault’s newsletter or placing an order through the Platform, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from Vault via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, including order tracking updates and commercial offers.

 

Payment Terms

We accept online payments using Visa, MasterCard, Instalment via Tabby. All transactions must be completed through our secure payment gateway. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.

Vault reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks at its discretion before processing an order. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings on the cardholder’s statement.

 

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. Vault shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of accounts or transactions made using compromised credentials.

 

Trademarks and Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content displayed on the Platform are the property of Vault or their respective brand owners. Vault is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially associated with any of the brands offered for sale. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under UAE law.

 

Buying Terms

• All items are subject to authentication by Vault prior to delivery.
• Brands listed on the Platform do not authenticate or endorse products listed.
• All sales are final. Deposits for pre-orders are non-refundable if the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase.
• Payment includes the item price, Vault’s authentication and service fees, and applicable shipping charges.
• Buyers acknowledge that authenticity verification is performed in-house by Vault’s experts.

 

Selling Terms

By listing a product for sale on Vault, the Seller authorizes Vault to:

1. Publish and edit product listings, including improving images.
2. Accept and manage orders on the Seller’s behalf.
3. Receive payment and credit the Seller’s account net of commission and applicable charges.

Seller Obligations:

• Sell only products they legally own or are authorized to consign.
• Provide accurate descriptions and ensure items are authentic and lawful.
• Respond to requests for proof of ownership or authenticity.
• Ship sold items to Vault within 2 working days of notification.
• Maintain accurate stock and manage account activity.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or listing removal without compensation.

 

Commission Structure

Vault charges a commission on each successful sale, deducted before seller payout:

0 – 15,000 15%

Over 15,000 25%

Commission includes service, handling, authentication, and listing support.

 

Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation

Delivery Policy

• Standard delivery timeline: 1–2business days of order confirmation.
• All shipping costs are borne by Vault.

Return Policy

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Incorrect item sent.
• Item is counterfeit, defective, or not as described.

Returns must be requested within 4 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Vault acts as a neutral mediator between buyer and seller. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the seller must retrieve returned items at their expense.

No returns are allowed for rare luxury items (e.g., Hermès Birkin/Kelly,), unless proven defective or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled any time before the buyer receives the item. Post-delivery, the return process applies.

 

Privacy Policy

• Vault does not store or share card information.
• Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider.
• We adopt industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee complete data protection online.
• Vault is not responsible for third-party privacy practices. Users should review external privacy policies when interacting with third-party links.

 

Limitation of Liability

Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE
